Contractor Placement

For when you need good qualified contractors for long or short term projects, Independent contractors are supplied by SMR at a flat fee per project.  These rates are factored on a sliding scale dependent on the number of contractors needed and the duration of the project. 

Because candidates are considered contractors, SMR does not supply a guarantee UNLESS the candidate does not show for the initial start date, and in this case, SMR will replace the candidate at no additional charge.
